Links for CD artwork outdated

Hi,

I was just taking a look at <http://www.debian.org/CD/artwork/> and
noticed that several links are no longer working:

 · http://www.onkelchentobi.de/cover.html:
   www.onkelchentobi.de no longer exists, onkelchentobi.de only has an
   MX entry (no A).
 · http://www.ulrich-hansen.de/etch/index.htm:
   Still works, but redirects to <http://ulrich-hansen.de/debian/>. The
   link should be updated.
 · http://www.schultz-net.dk/cdcovers.html:
   Web page says "Site on only" since 2007-11-26.
