Bug#574879: debian-cd: Missing dependency of dpkg-dev

Package: debian-cd
Version: 3.1.3
Severity: normal

Thanks for your work for producing debian-cd! Having passed already a few
hours trying to build my first custom CD with simple-cdd I really appreciate
your work.

To isolate other errors I was running debian-cd in a chroot and there
running ./CONF.sh produced the following error:
bash: dpkg-architecture: command not found

Running "aptitude install dpkg-dev" fixed this error.
