software (uTorrent) and the official BT client on my server is reporting that
the tracker (http://bttracker.acc.umu.se:6969/announce) is still down.
Ok, I now got another fresh version that hopefully will have fixed this
bug. I'll be keeping an eye on it over the next few days, hopefully it'll
stay up stable.

Yes, that is the correct address.
I have upgraded the version of the bittorrent software, in the hope
that it won't crash quite as often. We'll see in a week or so if it
crashes again during the weekly build.
