Strange. Apparently, it is not possible for you to execute the 
jigdo-file.exe program. Maybe it is stored on a partition on which 
execution of binaries is disabled for security reasons? Hm, but AFAIK 
Windows 98 does not support that kind of thing. :-/ (Also, apparently 
sh.exe was executed just fine.)

What happens if you double-click the jigdo-file.exe?
