Debian DVD

G'day,
I am wondering how
the DVD images of Sarge are created.
Currently I am
trying to create a DVD image (iso) of the Woody (3.0r2) release (Binary i386)
using mkisofs and I am running into problems during install.
The problem I am
having is that after the partitions are created it looks for the kernel image
and drivers, and no matter what I have tried (see below) it wont
work.
a) "dists" directory
from the CD1 Binary i386 ISO
b) "dists" directory
from local FTP download
c) "dists" directory
made up from hacking up the ISOs etc
Any information you
could provide me with is greatly appreciated.
