Just trying to help, but forgive me if I make too many assumptions.  The 
testing and unstable .jigdo and template files are generated weekly without 
the same problems with this stable point release.  I assume that the mirror(s) 
where the testing/unstable .jigdo files are generated have a working 
combination of the tools necessary for generating the .jigdo, .template, and 
possibly the .iso files.  If so, could the stable images be generated on the 
same mirror(s)?
