Bug#182481: sarge jigdo file points to wrong template

The sarge 22-Feb-2003 jigdo files fail to produce a working ISO:
$ jigdo-lite
http://gluck.debian.org/cdimage/testing/jigdo-area/i386/sarge-i386-1.jigdo
returns:
Downloading .template file
--12:50:49-- http://jigdotemplates/sarge-i386-1.template
=> `sarge-i386-1.template'
Resolving jigdotemplates... failed: Host not found.
File `sarge-i386-1.template' does not exist!
The workaround is to download the template file by hand.
