That's a known problem with jigdo 0.6.5 - sorry, I should probably
have mailed the list about it.

By mistake, jigdo-file was not compiled with 64-bit file size support
so far. You need to recompile it from source and also pass the correct
-D switch:

./configure --without-gui && make X=-D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64

This will be fixed in 0.6.6.
