GNUtwork21: an alternate way for distributing Debian GNU/Linux CD-ROMs?
Warning: This following is half serious and half parody.
Apology for Amway/Network21 members, if any.
==========================================================
An "college friend" that I have not in touch for ages
popped into my office and "introduced" me: "Network21"
as well as "Amway". Basically, I told him:
- I have NO PROBLEM with that way of making money.
- But, I HAVE PROBLEM with their marketing tools which
are not GFDL.
- Last, it is not my intention to switch soap and toothpaste
brand.
But, after he left; I realize that this networking
marketing scheme could be used for promoting Debian GNU/Linux
CD-ROMs (especially that the margin/profit is very high :-).
Therefore, I would like to ask if anyone has ever sold
free software in a Multi Level Marketing scheme?!
Does it work?
PS. Anyone interested to become a Debian Diamond :^)?
regards,
