.list files for non-us/non-free

Hi,

I want to make cd's that contain both non-us and non-free. Is there an
rsync mirror that has cd images and .list files for this? I want to use
the pseudo image kit.

Is there a way to use a different location for the non-US part of the cd
images? I can only specify one location for make-pseudo-image. The
non-us part is not found there, so that means it has to be rsync'd,
which wastes bandwidth.

One last question, can I distribute such cd's containing both non-free
and non-US? I suppose yes, since the mirrors are distributing non-free
too...
