proposed changes to installtools and boot-sparc for sparc

The documentation locations for disks-(arch) have changed for
the new sparc images.

In tools/potato/installtools.sh the following will allow the
documentation files to written to the CD image

---
# boot-disk location for arch/documentation is inconsistant --jwest
if [ "$ARCH" = "powerpc" ]; then
        DOCDIR="docs"
 elif [ "$ARCH" = "i386" ]; then
         DOCDIR="doc"
 elif [ "$ARCH" = "sparc" ]; then
         DOCDIR="doc"
else
        DOCDIR="documentation"
fi
---

--Raphael, small change, I can update CVS if you want.???

But wait there is more...

The tools/boot/potato/boot-sparc file is similar to the
slink distribution, and the sparc file locations have changed
from what they were in slink. Specifically 'cd.b' and 'second.b'
are no-longer the boot images. They are now kept in :

disks-sparc/2.2.8-2000-03-09/sun4c/images-1.44
and
disks-sparc/2.2.8-2000-03-09/sun4cdm/images-1.44
and
disks-sparc/2.2.8-2000-03-09/sun4u/images-1.44

Although I can hack some changes in, I do not have Sparc
hardware to test on.

Perhaps someone else could take a look at this one :/
