update slink -> potato

short: it was a desaster and required a _lot_ of hacking.

the two major problems were libc6/debianutils and perl.
libc6/debianutils each predepends on each other, so you
can update neither. great. could solve this with --force-depends.

perl: i don´t know the upgrade path. after a lot of manual work
i got 5.004 installed, and then apt-get could do the rest.
(till then i had to work with debian-multicd).

what about building current apt* for slink ?
might make the updates a lot easier.
