to date, we've been quite happy that there is `one' authoritative
cd image source (cdimage.debian.org) and that the iso images we
carry are exactly the same as everyone elses..
i'm on the debian cd list at phil's suggestion because he indicated
that it's most likely this list flags when new rsyncable images are
about to be released, rather than him trying to keep track of all
the mirror sites to let them know - i certainly don't claim to
understand any of the cd image development work/cycle though.
