2.1r2 images done

...for i386 and source, at least. Due to lack of disk space, I've had to
remove the old 2.1r0 equivalent images, which means that there are no
longer matching source/binary images for the other arches. I'll get the
m68k images done next, then carry on with alpha and sparc tomorrow.
