There are a lot of notes about upgrade in your 'Release-Notes-0.7',
Bob. To wit:

                              Upgrading
                            Using apt-get [ to upgrade ]
Using dselect [ to upgrade ]
General Cautions [ about upgrading ]

Should I retain these sections?
