Minor changes:
Fixed missing space in slink4 mkisofs line
Default mkisofs is $STARTDIR/mkhybrid - if you need it, grab the binary
mkhybrid I've made - there are lots of broken ones out there
We now check that $TMPDIR is on the same partition as the mirror - too
many people have had problems because of not reading the docs.
If we make any images, create md5sums for those too in the output
directory.
