I think this should rather be +kbsd8u1 I can't remember what all of the constraints are for package migrations in the archive, but if there is ever a stretch-jessie suite, any locally-modified packages there should be numbered higher than any locally-modified packages in jessie-kfreebsd; having the major version number in the suffix ensures that.
