So they plan to make it default, but haven't yet. OTOH this flag does other
things which on Debian userland have to be assumed as a given.
Enabling it makes more sense from the POV of compatibility with X11-related
Debian packages.
Can we take the risk? If it breaks things, users would have to edit
/etc/modules and hardcode the old modules.
The alternative (no 3D by default) is a big problem too... :-(
