Absolutely agree, since nobody had time to get DTrace working yet, but
trying this in the meantime could potentially give us some new
functionality.

Someone might find a way to adapt DTrace to be able to use this, or
(probably after jessie release) adapt systemtap-sdt-dev to give
something that is compatible with it.

systemtap-sdt-dev doesn't replace *all* of kfreebsd-kernel-headers
though?  If systemtap-sdt-dev is intended to become Build-Essential it
mustn't conflict with k-k-h!

I assumed k-k-h must stop providing this file, and then
systemtap-sdt-dev define a Breaks: on older versions of k-k-h.  After
that they can be installed together.
