The only problem I could find in the source is that sample config
files belong in /usr/share/doc/istgt/examples, not in /etc. The rest
looks fine to me.
Btw, a small detail is missing in your istgt guide. It says that
open-scsi is the only package needed in the client, but at least
iscsitarget-dkms is also needed (otherwise you get errors about
missing /sys nodes).
