RFS: freebsd-quota

Dear all experts,

after diligent work on porting the quota management source
from upstream FreeBSD to GNU/kFreeBSD, I am now ready to
see it ground to smithereens by the experts hereabouts!

Except the complaints on `kfreebsd-any` there were no other
issues at mentors.debian.net. I find myself more tense in these
circles, but the package works well on my system, where
I have a custom kFreeBSD kernel with enabled QUOTA support.

It is my firm belief that GNU/kFreeBSD will need activated
support for file system quotas.
