I see that you go to great extents to move from qemu to virtualbox
(creating the initial install with kvm/qemu and then switching to
virtualbox).

So I guess that there must be a strong reason to that, but it is not
apparent to a common user. Is virtualbox faster than qemu? One
constraint that I have is that I don't have a CPU with virtualization
helped by hardware (a Pentium D 805).
