Running Debian GNU/kFreeBSD in a FreeBSD jail ...

I'm running this (and Gentoo GNU/kFreeBSD) for a few clients, and I have two
problems with the Debian one:

1. 'ps' doesn't work under Debian, but it does under Gentoo ...

   Just curious if anyone knows of a way to fix this in Debian?

2. when I did an 'apt-get install sshd', it tried to create a symlink from
   /sbin/MAKEDEV -> /dev/MAKEDEV, but FreeBSD 6.x uses devfs, which you can't
link
   into ... is there a flag for apt-get that will disable that behaviour?

Thanks ...
