Agreed. However, in principle, there could eventually be multiple BSD
ports, if we can find the ftp archive space.

Individual action.
If someone gets anywhere, they can advertise it, and other people
can pitch in.
But, saying "no don't do this" or "no don't do that" just means that
there's things we're not going to do.

I originally joined the list to contribute, but got caught in the
overplanning bind, just like everyone else. Now I don't have the time,
but I still have a some interest.
