Bug#1020717: installation-reports: bookworm alpha1 netboot install FAILED on basesystem install / usrmerge

NOTE:
Please note that an installation with alpha1 NETINST image on the same hardware
worked fine today (see #1020708).

Now, testing the bookworm alpha1 NETBOOT image on IBM T60 Thinkpad
(i386 hardware), that failed during base system install:
