Control: retitle -1 hw-detect: change /etc/pcmciautils/ into /etc/pcmcia/ in template

Ahh, now I see.
I did not read kibi's mail carefully enough, to get the point:

The first change moves to /etc/pcmcia
while the second changes to /etc/pcmciautils.

This is of course not correct.
I will revert the template change in hw-detect (this was indeed never required :-(( )
