Everything fine!
That's correct, as it is.

pcmciautils (moreover its udeb) is the package, 
which installs this path, so it's the main target for
this change.
hw-detect just mentions the path in a message,
which I updated here:
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/pcmciautils/-/commit/a1129bedf372d406972983543b90bc0c83abc844
