Maybe the user doesn't want or need these packages or doesn't have a
clue what to do at this prompt. Why not link to firmware.zip at

   https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/firmware/bullseye/20210222/

and give instructions.

Is that an improvement on what the installer already provides?
