Bug#926140: additional information

Additional information:

If instead of current version I use SD card image from 2017:
https://get.debian.org/debian/dists/stable/main/installer-armhf/20170615/images/netboot/SD-card-images/
then I don't get the problem of getting stuck in this step.
The installer actually starts.
But because I have the old version then I get kernel mismatch:

   x x
x No kernel modules were found. This probably is due to a mismatch x
x between the kernel used by this version of the installer and the x
x kernel version available in the archive. x

x If you're installing from a mirror, you can work around this problem x
x by choosing to install a different version of Debian. The install x
x will probably fail to work if you continue without kernel modules. x

x Continue the install without loading kernel modules? x
