Would it be possible to support odroid-hc1 single board computers with flash-kernel?

Here is how I configure the board manually:

flash-kernel wouldn't need to deal with samsung firmware blobs, as those get installed once and are never touched again.

To update u-boot on an sd-card it only needs to: dd iflag=dsync oflag=dsync if=$uboot of=$device seek=63

Is any other info required for this?
