This is not within the abilities of a regular maintainer, someone would
need to talk to the release team (I think).
However I noticed yesterday that the found versions for #813995 had
gotten mixed up when it was assigned back and forth. I fixed the tags
yesterday so hopefully it should soon decide that updating from 3.36 to
3.38 will not introduce #813995 to testing (since it is already there).
