Bug#791719: cdebconf: Add arrow support in the text frontend prompt

Hello,

The text frontend does not support using arrows within the prompt to
correct the user answer. It would be really convenient to have it (e.g.
to fix errors in the user full name or WLAN ESSID, etc.)
