(Still happy to see a log; tagging accordingly.) The mirror line is built depending on whether contrib/non-free are requested, and we end up with main only. Security and jessie-updates are built differently, the generators look whether contrib and/or non-free are enabled in sources.list.new already and enable them accordingly. Since there's already a contrib entry due to the cdrom line, that's how it ends up in the jessie/updates and jessie-updates entries. This leaves us with the following question: why does the cdrom: line contain contrib. To which I don't have an immediate answer. Mraw, KiBi.
