Bug#764982: Backports, 2B || !2B

Quoting Geert Stappers (stappers@stappers.nl):
> reopen 764982
> stop

I really don't think this is a good idea and I'm this close to
re-close the bug report.

If anyone feels that "something should be done for backports", please
open a new bug report, eventually cloning 764982 in order to keep
history.

But it's anyway likely that changes might be needed in several other
places than D-I in order to enable backports by default *and* prevent
users to install unsupported software without even knowing that.

The way package management works nowadays makes it risky to enable
backports by default, as well explained by Cyril (and others!)
arguments. And, yes, when we enabled backports, I was indeed
supporting the idea of enabling them by default.
