Found possible workaround!

As suggested in the related bug report #771485 ("Installation disk scan hangs
at 81% with LVM inside crypt partition"), it seems possible to work around
triggering a segfault/hangup by working with only one cryptdisk and its LVM
configuration at a time.

Step by step instructions:

1. Create one of the cryptdisks
2. Configure this cryptdisk and apply changes
3. Create physical space for LVM on this cryptdisk
4. Configure LVM VGs and LVs, apply changes
5. Create partitions on the LVs
6. Apply all pending changes
7. Repeat from step #1 for each remaining non-created cryptdisk
