Hi Samuel,

it'd be nice to stick to $version rather than debian/$version as far as
git tags go. Adapting some scripts (like l10n/calc-release-status) could
be done, but not having to worry at all about varying versioning schemes
would be even better.

I've pushed a 2.63 tag to localechooser.git accordingly.
