ben: if the standard debian installer documentation on how to build
debian installer was clear enough i would happily do so.
however until there exists clear and explicit documentation on how to
build debian installer it would be irresponsible of me as a person who
is interested in seeing debian move forward to do as you suggest.
i trust that you can understand and respect that and also that you
will stop making assumptions.
