I have no strict schedule yet, besides “any time soon”. Triaging bug
reports without a reference image was way too painful, especially with
broken weekly cdimage builds.

Past blockers:
  debian-installer-utils
  eglibc

Current blockers:
linux (ftbfs already uploaded, needs builds + aging).
  ufsutils

Current nice-to-have:
l10n updates for a bunch of d-i packages.

(I may be forgetting things, just a quick brain dump.)

I think next week should be OK as far as linux and l10n stuff are
concerned. So if you can get ufsutils fixed by then, that would be
nice. Baring new blockers, I should be uploading d-i before 2014-03-14.

Feel free to make sure I'm aware of your uploads (especially if they
happen “outside -boot”, by forwarding ACCEPTED mails to me, so I don't
forget to look and possibly speed up migration when the time comes.
