Thanks for reminding me, I saw this in the Linux netboot.tar.gz images
weeks and forgot to file a bug, sorry.

After symlinking/moving ldlinux.c32 into another place I think there
were a couple of other files after that.

I was testing this in Qemu with "-net nic -net
user,bootfile=pxelinux.0,tftp=debian-installer/" so just strace'd it
with "2>&1 | grep O_RDONLY" and could see what the Qemu internal TFTP
server was looking for and where.  Over a real network you could just
tcpdump "port tftp" with -v

I'm still working on Jenkins jobs to test the PXE images but didn't get
finished yet...
