Bug#762311: task-laptop: drop acpi package recommendation?

Dear Maintainer,

since "acpid" and "acpi-support" packages were dropped
from task-laptop's dependencies in v3.21 (Bug#758762),
it looks like the "acpi" package should be dropped too.

It's just a commandline utility that
"Shows information from the /proc or the /sys filesystem,
such as battery status or thermal information." [1]
