Right, we don't build these because the 'kernel-wedge' program used to
build kernel udebs required that the configuration for doing that is in
a separate source package from the kernel itself. During the
development of 'wheezy' I changed it to support building udebs from the
same source package as the regular kernel packages, and that's what we
do now.

It seems like it might be possible if you take kernel udebs from the
stable (wheezy) suite and everything else from the oldstable (squeeze)
suite.
