Bug#700976: debian-installer: Failed to boot installed UEFI system

Package: installation-reports
Version: 2.49
Severity: critical
Justification: System failed to boot

Dear Maintainer,

When installing Wheezy using the RC1 image and UEFI the installed system failed to boot. Image is attached with the error. It looks like it failed to install it at all.

When installing I used default options on everything but using Swedish as language and entering no root password, choosing sudo instead. I also deselected the desktop and print server installation options.

This test was performed in VirtualBox on Wheezy configured to use Debian x64 as OS with all other settings set to default values.

This the second bug from #700974
