Bug#665874: debian-installer: Debian-installer does not correctly set keymap if Norwegian Nynorsk is selected

If Norwegian nynorsk is selected during install of current testing, the keymap
is set to english in the installer, console and X. If special characters are used in the
password set during install, this will not be what the user expects it to be.
The keymap can be corrected by editing /etc/default/keyboard.
