Bug#665856: debian-installer: Fails to install GRUB on a Sony VPCZ2 laptop with two SSD drives in RAID 0

Package: debian-installer
Version: Daily build (sorry I don't remember the exact day…)
Severity: important
Tags: d-i

Dear Maintainer,

I downloaded a daily build business card iso to install Debian Sid on my brother's laptop (a Sony VPCZ2) which has two SSD drives in RAID 0. When the installer tried to install GRUB on the disk it failed. I've had to modify /boot/grub/device.map to add a line with /dev/md126 and manualy install GRUB on /dev/md126.

I hope this bug report can help since it is not very precise…

Yann
