Package: debian-installer

I seem to remember older versions of D-I had the NFS client
modules/utilities present

They appear to have disappeared

Now, when in a shell started from the installer or the rescue mode,
there is no apparent way to interact with a server filesystem

It would be ideal to have NFS, NBD, iSCSI or some other means of copying
files to/from servers - but none of them are present, and just copying
the binaries and modules from a full Debian system doesn't seem to be
enough to get any of them working in the installer or rescue shell
