It is present a openssh-client which allows you to copy files via ssh.
You just have to install the client udeb:
$ anna-install openssh-client-udeb
and 'voila', you're good to go with scp.
For NFS and iSCSI here are already wishlist bugs asking for it (see bugs
#237121 and #441291 - btw existing debian installer bugs can be found on [1])
but still lacks who to develop such packages.
For nbd d-i already has NBD support with the package partman-nbd [2].
So, if there's no objection i will close this report as the same issues are
already addressed in existing wishlist reports.
