Hello, I have tested the debian-6.0.1a-sparc-CD-1.iso for sparc. It works fine. I need to use the video=atyfb:off both when installing and when starting the newly installed system at the SILO boot: Linux video=atyfb:off How do you add the video=atyfb:off so it starts with that parameter automatically? It would be helpful if the answer was in the sparc installation guide. After that I'm not able to start X windows but that is another story I assume. Best regards Otto Frost |
