Hi Jérémy, 

as far as I can tell, this is fixed by the 5.1.2 section. But now that
the standalone flavour will be shipped as
tools/win32-loader/stable/win32-loader.exe on the mirrors, this ought to be
documented too. Hence retitling and tagging accordingly.
