Comments/Problems:

Configure network HW: [E]
FORECDETH module not loaded at boot i added forcedeth to /etc/modules

Config network: [E]
# dmesg | grep eth1
eth1: intel (r) pro / 1000
This is the wrong nic i want the 10/100 so i changed /etc/network/interfaces
I already changed before, I don't know why I must change this again (because forcedeth was now loaded?).

# This file describes the network interfaces available on your system
# and how to activate them. For more information, see interfaces(5).

# This entry denotes the loopback (127.0.0.1) interface.
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback

# This entry was created during the Debian installation
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet dhcp

# Dit heb ik er zelf neergezet.
# auto eth1
# iface eth1 inet dhcp

Mount partitions: [E]
I changed grub because it points to /dev/hde and i edited fstab on an other machine because i could not change it on this machine.

Reboot: [E]
/scripts/ext3-add-jounal.sh.30: cannot open /mnt/etc/fstab: no such file
pivot-root: no such file or diretory
/sbin/init: 418: cannot open /dev/console no such file

startx
fatal server error: no screens found
dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86 and it works.

<Description of the install, in prose, and any thoughts, comments
and ideas you had during the initial install.>
I hope that i can dump Windows 95. The documentation that i can find on the Internet for Debian / Linux is to complex or to easy. I think that it is time for a good (dutch) Debian site with lost of experience from Debian users. How did they do this and that with debian during the install, that started with Gentoo i had already some hardware documentation from this, i writed a half blocnote full with notes.

Install logs and other status info is available in /var/log/debian-installer/.
Once you have filled out this report, mail it to submit@bugs.debian.org.

We are closing this installation report for one of the following
reasons:
- it was reported with a pre-lenny version of Debian
  Installer.
- indications in the installation report give the feeling that
the reported problem waslying in another software, unrelated to
D-I, which we can't easily identify.
- indications in the installation report suggest that it may have been
fixed in a more recent version of a D-I component
- it was successful and we forgot closing it..:-)
- it has no information we consider useful

The D-I team is currently in the process of cleaning out the old spool
of installation reports that haven't bene processed yet.

In case you think that the problem you reported has chances to be
still present, please reiterate your installation test with
a more recent image of D-I, if you're in position of doing this.

You'll find daily builds at
http://www.debian.org/devel/debian-installer. We recommend you choose
the netboot image, in the "daily builds section", then choose to
install "squeeze" when prompted.

If some problems are found, please report them with a new bug sent
against installation-reports.

Many thanks for your understanding and your help improving Debian,
past and present.
