Bug#583551: debian-installer: mkfs.ext3 fails to run

I probably got the same bug, but not on the installer, but on
regular squeeze system:

$ sudo mkfs.ext4
mkfs.ext4: /lib/libblkid.so.1: version `BLKID_2.17' not found (required by mkfs.ext4)

$ sudo mkfs.ext4
mkfs.ext3: /lib/libblkid.so.1: version `BLKID_2.17' not found (required by mkfs.ext3)
